Our Pop-Up Candle Bar offers an exciting alternative to traditional event activities — because who doesn't love a beautiful custom candle?
Our interactive live candle-making experience allows your guests to create a one-of-a-kind keepsake they'll cherish long after the celebration ends.
How It Works
Before the event, the host selects their preferred candle vessel and provides an estimated guest count. Each vessel will be carefully cleaned and pre-wicked in advance to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience.
During the event, each guest completes a customization card, selecting their preferred fragrance, candle color, and decorative embeds. While guests enjoy the celebration, we handcraft each candle on-site as part of the live candle-making experience.
Once cooled, each candle is professionally finished — the wax is smoothed, decorative embeds are applied, a custom label is attached, and the candle is packaged in a gift box and bag, ready to take home and enjoy.
What's Included
We provide everything needed for the event, including all candle-making supplies. We also beautifully style and decorate the candle bar to coordinate with the theme and aesthetic of your special occasion. A minimum of 15 guests is required.
